Menopause Coach | Advocate for Women’s Wellness
Kim Becher is a certified menopause coach who helps women navigate the transition of perimenopause and menopause with confidence, clarity, and compassion. With a strong foundation in both clinical and holistic practices, Kim brings a well-rounded, supportive approach to women’s midlife health.
Kim holds a degree in Social Work, which guides her in supporting individuals through life transitions with empathy and insight. Early in her professional journey, she became a certified yoga instructor and Reiki II practitioner, offering body-centered tools for healing and self-awareness. Her passion for whole-person wellness led her to pursue additional coursework in Holistic Counseling, where she deepened her understanding of the connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Her decision to specialize as a menopause coach grew out of both personal experience and professional insight. Like many women, Kim found herself overwhelmed by the changes of perimenopause and frustrated by the lack of accessible, supportive care. At the same time, she encountered countless women who were struggling silently through this stage, feeling misunderstood or dismissed.
Motivated to bridge that gap, Kim completed her certification as a Menopause Coach through the Women of a Certain Stage Menopause Coach Diploma Program and now offers individualized coaching, group support, and education for women in midlife. Her approach blends evidence-based information with compassionate listening with mindfulness and energy work —creating a safe space for women to be heard, informed, and empowered.
Kim believes menopause is not an ending, but a powerful beginning—and she’s here to walk alongside women every step of the way.
